Our main area of specialty is construction sector disputes relating to building/structural defects, public procurement contracts and infrastructure projects (power plants).
We have an excellent track record in handling client cases in the project construction phase, in day-to-day operations and when building defects come to light. We have extensive experience in representing investors and contractors/subcontractors alike. We support clients in day-to-day management of contracts in progress, with a special focus on taking precautions to protect the client’s position should a court dispute arise.
The other sphere of our professional life and legal interest focuses on corporate disputes, including but not limited to those connected with corporate amalgamations, liability under reps and warranties clauses, M&A deals, various shareholder and corporate body disputes, as well as safeguarding shareholders against hostile takeovers. We also have experience in litigating decisions by corporate management bodies and related registry and injunction proceedings.

- Advising in a court dispute regarding termination of a consortium contract and an internal dispute between consortium members (amount in controversy: PLN 24 million)
